"Normally everything is OK and then today I picked up a prescription and watched the person taking care of me go in the back by the drive-thru window with my script and then come back around to hand it to me but before she did she re stapled the bag witch seemed off. When I got home I was short medicine and now they refuse to give it to me. If they check the cameras they will see what I saw. I know she took my meds. Just wanted to share. If you pick up certain meds make sure you count them."

"Everyone there is very nice and helpful, however, the drive thru takes extremely too long. If people have questions about their medication, they should be made to go in."

"If I could post zero stars I would. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I tried asking a question about why my insurance wasn't covering my medications at the drive thru window, mind you I have pneumonia and feel horrible, I had my question ignored and window closed in my face. I also worked in the medical field for over 15 years and was constantly overwhelmed and understaffed but NEVER EVER took out my frustrations on sick patients. Do better CVS in Hammond.....Show a little bit more compassion towards sick people."

When they finally DID pick up ( w the stankest of attitudes ever) they didn't have my antibiotic available so they had to send script to different (much better) location Munster. But didn't finish doing their part in the computer. So I had to call them back. Of course they don't answer. Absolutely useless rude pos workers. All of these complaints have a common theme. Oh, I will be sharing this with your corporate office."
