"I was hit by a guy who ran a red light, causing me to need glasses, and having permanent vision impairment in my left eye. The insurance company we both happened to carry did not want to pay any of my medical bills or needs caused by this accident. I was told over the phone by the agent who called me, that he was going to take my claim, while his partner next to him was going to take the other guys. That was a huge red flag for me, and as he was saying that the ken nunn commercial was playing on TV. I called and asked about the situation, and Ken personally called me back to talk to me about my case, and whether or not I even had one. I thought that was pretty stand up so I went with his law firm to represent me. I can honestly say I'm really glad I did. I felt as if I was not being given a fair look as far as how it was handled from the get go. I felt as if the guy who hit ke was going to walk away Scott free while I lost vision in one eye and my car was destroyed. Thank God I carry gap insurance and if you don't I suggest you look into it. The entire process went really fast in all honesty I was hit 10-1-2022 and I received my settlement today 12-11-2023. Anytime I had a question and you guys know I had alot lol you were always one text away. Stormi and Stacy you guys are rock stars honestly. My medical bills are paid and I don't have to have that looming over my head and that's a huge weight lifted off my shoulders and I can't thank you guys enough. "This law firm is completely useless. Specifically Ryan D. Etter. He is super lazy and unresponsive. They have no regard for what people go through when they have been injured. Just want a paycheck. Do not recommend. Do you research for a better law firm if you want to see any results.
