My husband orders for me from them every year, and the owner will bring it to my house; Making sure we are happy. This is just one example of how they go the extra mile. "I ordered a corsage for my son’s date on a Wednesday at 4:45 for a Saturday pickup. I called the next day, Thursday, at 4:30 to ask for a different ribbon color and was told “okay, well it’s already been made”. I was surprised but said okay and we went ahead and picked up Friday evening around 4:30. It’s Saturday- 2 hours before his date arrives and the flowers are wilted and look terrible. I don’t know if making a corsage with such small/delicate flowers 72+ hours ahead of time is industry standard but I’m so disappointed. The shop closed at 1 today and I have zero options for a replacement so close to the needed time. 10/10 would NOT recommend this florist and will be sure to not use them again."

"Walk in for an arrangement under $50. I told her what I would like and she made one in under 10 minutes. Very nice staff. Not a lot of complete arrangements your nursery bet would be to have them make it."

"My Mom (Barbara from California) brother and sister ordered flowers and a plant to be delivered to our store congratulating us on our grand opening! The flowers and plant were all fresh, beautiful and enjoyed by all on our opening weekend! Thank you so much! My mom isn’t able to leave a review on her own but she said she was very pleased with everything and called the shop this morning to let them know. "*EDITED to thank the owner* The flowers were nice & fresh - but I did feel that the presentation was a little sloppily executed. The bow wasn't very pretty to me & I was surprised that the roses were not wired. It was still wonderful to get pretty flowers! The delivery person was very nice & polite as well. I really do appreciate that the owner takes the time to respond to all of the comments here on Google - that shows that she really cares about her business. I added an extra star to my review as a token of my appreciation, for Carla being so understanding of my situation, and for her kind response & condolences."
