Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) 7606 Pendleton Pike, Indianapolis, IN 46226

"I wish that I could give this place zero stars!This is the worst Bank of America location in the city. Getting in and out of the parking lot is ALWAYS difficult. There are always a number of people in the drive thru line at the ATM holding it up, getting in and out of their cars, and parking in the drive thru to go inside. I'm always afraid when I have to use the ATM at this location. I absolutely HATE that there is no location closer to me. I have just started driving all the way to Keystone at the Crossing to handle my business. They are always kind, it's clean, ample parking, and most of all I feel safe there."

"I went there for a wire transfer. After waiting about 20 minutes in the lobby, the security guard came to and asked me about my business. After telling him I needed a wire transfer, he just looked around and told me it was too late for that, to come back the next day. I told him I really needed the wire transfer since the closure for my house was the next day early in the morning, but he didn't care. I kept waiting for someone else to help me. Meanwhile, he kept trying to make me leave. Then someone else came and I explained my situation to her, then she went and asked someone else if it was possible, to which he replied that it was up to her. She made a face, turned around and told me it was too late. I will be taking my business somewhere. I just hope chase bank does care about their customers."

"Worst customer service they act like u don't matter and close door on ur face. They laugh at ur questions and treat other races horrible. I witness how one of the employees was a complete jerk to ppl from other race and even made fun of them he is a complete incompetent person I have never felt more offended for my skin color. The fact that even in person have talk to manager about and he still their is a way to show u that u dont matter. I been with bank of America since 216 and he will be the reason I close my account and move my personal and business serves somewhere else. Worst experience of my life. Extremely disappointed of the staff this bank has. DO NOT go their if u are not white. Horrible"
