"I called because my cat was having some severe skin issues that can’t wait a week to be tended to and her normal vet doesn’t have any openings available. Tonya answered the phone call and wouldn’t even let me state that I just needed her checked out one time before she said they aren’t accepting new clients and then hanging up on me. I tried to say this was just a one off visit, but I don’t think she heard me before hanging up. I’ve heard great stories about this vet office which is why I called. To not even let me finish speaking is extremely rude and unprofessional. I work with people over the phones for my job and if I ever did this for any reason at all, I wouldn’t have a job anymore."
