Reviews of Edward Thompson Park
"It’s a great park with batting cages, baseball and softball fields and many playgrounds designed for your children’s needs. There are also tennis courts tucked away in the back. The park is well maintained and has a little something for kids of any age! There are also picnic benches and places to host a party."
"This park is well-maintained. The ground is made from recycled tire and is amazingly bouncy for little kiddos. This area has two (2) play sets and a swing set. There are also some tennis courts, batting cages, and softball fields. A large parking lot serves many. Great playground for families to enjoy!"
"Clean bathrooms on a Friday morning. We found it spacious and empty. Playgrounds were fun and pretty safe though they need some serious TLC. Overall a good stop for us."
"Its nice for baseball games, but the playgrounds could be better. They have about 3 baseball fields and 3 small playgrounds out there. One of them is good for special needs kids. I like that and the location is great."
"Took the kids to 4 parks for a Mommy mental health morning and we decided this was 2nd place. The foam padding keeps boo boos to a minimum and there is a ton to do on this play area. Right next to it are some swings for all ages. We didn't take the ball fields in. And the restrooms we used in the back were pretty clean considering the use they probably get."
