"Poor communication and customer service. "Working with them" was a waste of time. I called them after I hadn't heard from them in 2 weeks. They did not return my follow up phone call. When I called again, they told me I had missing information but for whatever reason did not follow up to inform me of that. This was my first experience working with an accountant to help me file my self employment taxes. I'm new to owning a business so I relied on them to guide me through my taxes. But in my experience, they were quite negligent and unhelpful. So I asked for my paper work back and decided to do them myself."
