"I am new to the city and had recently had someone hack the account. Went in the bank October the 4th (a Friday) to cancel and order a new card. I went in 7 business days later to withdraw money and to check on the status. The young man there assured me (without looking at the tracking) that my card would be in by the next two days. So Friday the 18th I go to a different old national bank to withdraw money and told her about my concern with my card. She looked and notified me that the card was never even ordered. Called the bank and notified them and was in no way apologetic, and did nothing to help the situation."
