"Ken and his team are outstanding. Any time I have a question, I am able to call, email or message and get a timely response. My case ran into some issues at the beginning after it was filed, but they were resolved by Ken and his team. He will fight for his clients. I will never consider another law office for my needs. I also like that I was able to do everything remotely. If anyone ever needs their services, I highly recommend giving them a call."

"I spoke to the lawyer once he was very nice and detailed. I called the office several times, making sure that my information was uploaded to see if I was eligible to file for a 7 after my documents were reviewed. Several messages were left. Every encounter after speaking with the lawyer was with the receptionist she was very short. Eventually, I started to feel like I was a bother or annoyance. I was just trying to get some questions asked. Eventually, the receptionist told me I wasn't able to file a 7 . I honestly didn't like that I wasn't followed up with after reaching out several times. This firm seems extremely busy. I would not recommend it."
