"Went to this office for help for a very serious issue that needed immediate addressing. Was told that I would be contacted after it was addressed. I heard nothing back for a week then I called once a day after the week. Each time I called the receptionist had no answers for me and became less and less friendly each time. Finally got a call back after my situation became worse and much more difficult to fix, and was told that the situation was worse and much more difficult to fix and basically washed their hands of it.
