"We called to have measurements for new glass shower enclosure. We were told there is a two week wait list and we were put on the wait list. Three weeks went by so we called again to ask where we were on the wait list. The girl put us on hold and then came back to say "Adam will be there Thursday or Friday to measure"...... that was two weeks ago still no call and no Adam. Bad for business, word of mouth is best advertisement."

"Hard to rate because I called 3 weeks ago and have not gotten a call back like the lady said I would. I understand my job is small and they might not want to mess with it. But just tell me. I understand they are busy and there is a shortage of glass but a courtesy call would be nice."
