"I just had the most wonderful experience at this location (East Washington St, Indianapolis, IN)! Dee had a line of 6-15 people the entire time I was there and he was calm and friendly to every customer and gave each person the time and attention they deserved. While waiting for something to print for one customer, he triaged other customers at a second computer. UPS needs to hire more employees like Dee!! He deserves recognition from his area/market leaders!!"

"I have come to this location many times. The manager will regularly close the store before the hours that are posted on the door & Google. She is also very unpleasant to work with and it definitely shows that she hates her job. I’ve never had any problems with the other workers. She has short black curly hair."

"Horrible customer service. They sent numerous people away. Neither employee could ship out of country told customer they had to come back in two days. They don’t pack and ship even though it says they do. They were turning away numerous Amazon customers. Horrible new management has caused this is what employees said. So beware NO PACK AND SHIP AVAILABLE!! NO PACKING SUPPLIES AVAILABLE, Find a different way to send back your Amazon returns. ONLY CERTAIN PEOPLE CAN ACCEPT PACKAGES GOING OUT OF COUNTRY!! Rude, and hateful"
