"Very satisfied! After placing my order, Kelsey called to let me know my order was received and to inform me she didn’t have white lilies. Instead of white lilies, she had stargazer. Her reaching out meant a lot and verifying when they would be picked up (I’m home sick), is that extra step customers always look for when selecting where they shop.
