"As a family this company was Terrible. Be sure any promises are IN WRITING they are know to bait and switch. They will tell you anything to get you,.anything to keep you, and anything to keep the Truck. They claim they will file an abandonment charge on the record.....they don't bc it cost $$ to do so. The insurance is Absolutely usless unless you live in the area Washington Louisville area....Everything is Out of network. You are required to pay out a 10K deductible and on 20% is covered after. They refuse to cover my medically fragile son's therapy appointments or my mental health appointments/medication. They are not Loyal to the employees. They called in 10 drivers week before last, and fired them on the spot without warning leaving them stranded hundreds of miles from home. If you put in a 2 week notice, you will find yourself in several inconvenient moments where getting home just isn't able to happen bc their isn't any loads to get you back that way. SORRY you'll just being doing a reset at a truck stop. Workman's Comp..doesn't exist. you are required to work even if you are being prescribed pain pills and muscle relaxers. They also claim to have special privileges by the labor board themselves. Quiting with out notice disqualifies you from recieveling full pay or the perdiam. You recieve 7.25 an hour for less the hours you work. you'll be lucky to get 40 hours pay on a 70 hour week. As a SAHM I have time in really dig deep into some of these issues that plagued our family. I share with other and pray that you will not have the unfortunate mistake that we have had."
