"Bought a home in August in Henderson. This company was chosen by my realtor and loan officer. I trusted that they would take care of us. Unfortunately this company does not deal with home buyers in Kentucky very often or just doesn’t know how it works. Very disappointed and out a good amount of money due to a clerical error between them and the loan officer. Reached out to them and they said that it’s not their fault that the paperwork was done wrong. Do not recommend. EDIT AFTER THEY COMMENTED. They had bad information due to the fact that whoever was doing the checking on the taxes of the house didn’t have the most up to date information. If they just would have picked up the phone and actually called they would have know they were making the mistake. Instead they hid behind a condescending message about public information."
