"**OUT OF TOWN BUYERS BEWARE**: RIPPED OFF** SAME AS OTHER REVIEWS my out of town family ordered a $100 medium floral arrangement to honor our loved one. We got a very small arrangement (pictured below 4” x 4”plain vase). When I called and asked how this was worth $100, the florist gave me excuses: online pictures could be deceiving; the cost of the vase was expensive, shipping costs, etc. They did not agree to send more flowers at no extra charge, so I paid AN ADDITIONAL $100 to avoid the embarrassment it caused my family to be represented by the tiny arrangement we already spent $100 on. No apology or offers to make it right, but they certainly accepted more money!! This added grief upon grief for my family."
