"Station is tucked away, so if you're not familiar with the area it may take a little hunting to find it. But the area appears to be kept clean and tidy, and the staff is friendly. The downside that I experienced was that the ticket kiosks do NOT accept chip cards, nor do they take Discover cards. Carry cash, or use the app for ticket purchases. I found that even on a weekday, I was able to find a parking spot which is a plus. I've always found the South Shore Line to have excellent service to and from Chicago."

"Least expensive way to get to the middle of Chicago, but plan ahead if you want a good seat. It's almost entirely self-service, so be prepared to go it alone. The app is worth the download, if for no other reason than scheduling."

"I love taking the train. It avoids traffic and expensive parking. Almost always on time. Reasonsble price. Seats could be more comfortable. But hey we can't all be perfect. Keep up the good work."
