"First and last year I will be using H&R Block. Wanda was my tax “pro” if that’s what you call it. I came in and told them I was missing a W2. After weeks of no communication or contact I finally reached out multiple times, and in the end I had to get the W2 myself. Even after sending everything needed and had all my W2 forms days went by and still nothing has been filed. I’ve heard everything from being in the hospital to being sick. Although I empathy for the situation, a corporation of this size should have other tax pros that step in to help finish my taxes. It’s nothing complicated literally a few W2 forms and I’m claiming my kid. Worst experience I’ve had in 10 years, AND ITS NOT EVEN TAX SEASON."
