"Nothing but problems from Kaleidoscope. The first time they accused me of stealing from them. I only pick up flowers on site from the refrigerator, I never place orders in advance. They kept sending me demand letters with an invoice to pay up. I told them I only select arrangements from the case. I’ve never ordered flowers in advance, so unless I physically stole from the store (which I’ve never done), there is no way I owe them money. The woman on the phone shouted at me and told me the burden was on me to prove I paid, and hung up on me. They then went back in their books and found my credit card payment and I was vindicated. Now, another issue arose, my mom called and place a flower order for me and they didn’t quite have the flowers she wanted, and the guy she talked to was short and rude, which left a bad feeling, so she immediately called back and cancelled. They apparently didn’t actually cancel the order, they billed her credit card and delivered flowers she didn’t like or want. I called and as I was explaining the man on the phone yelled at me to “HOLD ON.” I have never been talked to like this. I yelled back and he hung up on me. I’ve had it with these rude people. This is the second time they have made a very egregious billing mistake and not only are they not humble and contrite, they lash out. So poorly managed. Avoid Kaleidoscope at all costs. Dean’s does a much better arrangement, and are always kind and happy to take your call."

"Ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday to surprise her at work. The arrangement was even more beautiful than it was portrayed on the website! Flowers were fresh and delivered to her with no issues. So pleased and so thankful that Kaleidoscope helped me celebrate my mom from miles away!"

They were beautiful, and so pleasantly fragrant our hotel room smelled wonderful throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend this company my experience was top notch from beginning to end!"

"Kaleidoscope florist is the best! Joey is a very patient and talented florist. I met with him almost a year ago to discuss my wedding. I had nothing more than a few ideas from Pinterest, but he was able to create a beautiful vision of the fairytale wedding I wanted. I made requests along the way such as boutonniere and bouquet charms to remember our deceased loved ones, Mr. & Mrs. wooden pieces for the bridal table, etc. Joey accommodated every step of the way to personalize the florals. With the original wedding date quickly approaching, COVID-19 hit and altered my wedding plans. I called Joey nearly in tears because I didn’t know if the flowers I had chosen would be available on my new wedding date. He was reassuring and explained the countries around the world that the flowers are grown (very knowledgeable!), so I didn’t have to worry. Joey was a blessing! We were able to have a June wedding with the most beautiful arrangements! His team is kind, professional, punctual, and everything a nervous (and type A) bride needs on her wedding day. I’ve received multiple compliments on the floral arrangements even weeks after the wedding. I will not use any other florist. Kaleidoscope will always have my business. "Joey is amazing. Before speaking with him I had no idea what I wanted for my wedding but he took his time to explain to me different options. He even took me into the fridge to look at flowers because I don't know the name of any of them. He was easy to get in touch with when it got closer to time and his team were able to drop of my flowers at the exact time that I needed them. I highly recommend and I will rehire for later events."
