"I am from pearl river county mississippi. I have be been residing here since June of this year. When I first got here I thought it was a beautiful historic town. Unfortunately I found that the County police are harassing and Todd Kemp is the worst Sheriff I have ever seen. I hate to say such ugliness but they their selves do not have anyone on their police force to Serve and Protect. They only have people on their police force who harass. And therefore I don't suggest anybody come to Quitman Mississippi for anything bypass it and forget that it ever existed."
