"During my scheduled appointment, I arrived promptly, five minutes ahead of time. I was met on time, the only fortunate thing about this interaction, by an irritated man. Regrettably, my experience took a disappointing turn as the tax professional I consulted with appeared to have limited knowledge regarding the intricacies of small business taxation in relation to my specific circumstances. I posed straightforward queries, such as inquiring about the deductibility of mileage expenses when working as a consultant. To my dismay, the response I received was an unsatisfying "it depends," even after providing detailed information about the structure of my consulting services. The lack of substantial guidance left me feeling undervalued, potentially due to my status as a young business owner. Overall, my encounter yielded minimal useful information, and I departed with a sense of being dismissed. As a result of this disappointing experience, I have decided not to return to this tax company for future services."

"For 3 years in a row they have literally screwed my taxes up ,and since the main lady left couple years back. Nobody wants to do anything about it besides waste your time, effort, and energy not to , mention gas money driving back and forth to deal with the nonfunctional intellectual level of intelligence when it comes to taxes but they're supposed to be tax professionals. I personally will never use the service again, as will I never trust my finances to them. They are not worth the time, effort, energy or money it costs to have them do your taxes. Not to mention the patience level to deal with this company on top of that you will lose revenue every which way, and guaranteed they will not go out of their way to find you a tax break. Save your gas and go to h&r block or do them yourself !! You'd be better off"
