"If I could give zero stars I would. Don't bother starting medication here. You won't get it refilled on time. The lapse in days without is scary considering you are playing with people's brain chemistry. Dr tells me he wants me on my meds for at least another 6 months, yet I can't get a freaking refill to save my life. (mental health pun intended) No one cares. You can call and call and get transferred a million times. No one cares. Not even sure if there's an actual way to get ahold of the Highland office. They'll just keep transferring you and the next person is just as confused last. Good luck if this is your only option for mental health care."
"If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. This ENTIRE FACILITY should be ashamed of themselves FOR EVEN BEING OPEN. They’re not a helpful, caring nor empathetic to their patients. It take weeks for a phone call, can’t never get in touch with the doctor or nurse. The front desk is GHETTO, nor welcoming & its sad. The government is wasting our money!"
"You should all be ashamed of yourselves. People call to make an appointment because they're having mental health issues, and the person answering the phone could care less. My son called Monday. Left a message with the phone operator, by Wednesday nobody still had called back. He calls again. That person is short with him. Takes a message and no one calls back. Again. You are absolutely horrible. I hope you go out of business. Because obviously you're not helping anyone."
"This person named Sheryl always canceled out on jeff guetzloff, and yet she's only there 1 day a week. When she's on the phone, it's only for 10 minutes; this isn't fair at all. I don't understand why everyone over there cuts him short, and she never seems like she wants to help him And if you read all of the reviews all you're saying to everyone is we're sorry will you be sorry if something happens to one of your patients This place just doesn't seem to care about the patients because no one is getting on the ball and get things moving again and help your patients"
"I called try to and make an appointment, because reasons. When I called they were short with me and transferred me to a answering department. They too were also short with me, and said that they would call me back later. Oh.. by the way my questions were do you accept x insurance and can I schedule an appointment. Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't mental health places be interested in helping people with what they need, and not being so snarky and making the potential patient like they wasted their time. Probably going to call my insurance directly and see who they cover, and not going anywhere near here."
