"Really nice has a big dog park. Short loop walk. Looks like a great place for swimming weather. Bunch of rope swings over the water"
"Both of our dogs love this park. It’s has tons of room for them to play and is shaded for the hot summer days. You can also walk down to the river too!"
"Very Cool park, a little smaller than what I'm used to, but it's right next to a river with easy access and there's plenty to do if you want to wear your fuzz kids out. Plus there's a dog park there as well, super convenient and lots of parking. Met a few pet owners, super friendly and very responsible with their Fuzz Kids, ALL were on leashes. Thanks friends and thanks Cahaba River Park."
"Pretty wooded park with great views and access to the Cahaba River. A paved but short looping trail. Has 2 swings, pull-up bars, and a dog park. Also has a pavilion and a memorial bench looking over the Cahaba. The swings are nice but it’s not a “playground”."
"A friend and I were staying in Birmingham after the threat of hurricane Ian. We were looking for things to do and found this park on Google. It is small, 5 acres, but it's right on the Cahaba River, which is so clear, you can see bottom. They have a dog park and some of the trees are identified with plaques, which is nice. We went back the next day and took lunch. No restrooms here, though. Very nice and peaceful."
