"Lady was very rude and disrespectful to where I had to take a photo of her to show who she was to file a complaint. She had many people waiting in line for over 45 min and then when I was the next person she answered the phone after waiting for so long and told me that I could go somewhere else if I didn’t like haven’t to wait that long. Mind you I did not have an attitude and others were very confused as well. She was ver unprofessional and do not recommend her working no customer service role, I will find out her name to complain to corporate as well."

Being a victim of identity theft, There was an issue with a loan amount approval, which left me confused and discouraged. However because of Shay’s diligence, attention to detail and determination, she not only solved my problem but ensured I didn’t leave without have concrete, answers about my situation. Although I live a bit of a distance away, I will absolutely return to this location if I’m ever in another financial strain!"
