"DO NOT print anything at this UPS location. I placed an online order for printing which was scheduled to be picked up the next day. I showed up to pick up the order and they did not even know the order was placed. They then tried to print the order on different paper than I paid for and when I asked for a refund, they could not offer it. They told me I could come back later and pick it up before they close. When I did, the order was still not complete. Still waiting on my refund and will never go to the location again. I printed at Staples in Greenwood instead where they were able to complete it faster, with better quality, and at a cheaper price."

"Store Closes at 3pm on Saturday ...That wouldn't be a problem except the UPS driver now out for delivery with my package doesn't know this. Why? I call the store to ensure my only option is wait till monday and she tells me she doesn't know what to do and cant tell me what to do because, she is new and everyone called in sick. Omg, just do everyone a favor and go out of business. Everytime I give this carrier and this drop location another chance they fail at every turn."
