"I've had a savings account here since my teens, I'm now in my 30's and I've never been so put off by this credit union. Kathy, when one your tellers (Katelynn) forgets to have an account holder fill out a necessary form in order to open a checking account resulting in them having to come back, be completely misunderstood on what they wanted causing another employee to come out of their office to clarify the account holder's request after over hearing the exchange.... only for you to still get it wrong, a simple apology would go a long way. I brushed off the fact that Katelynn caused a discrepancy in my account and her drawer by withdrawing an incorrect amount that was requested only to call me back the next day after she realized her mistake and me having to track down the already deposited funds. Or that in the past, tellers have deposited my whole paycheck in a stranger's account as well as made multiple unapproved withdrawals from said account because they didn't double check who's account they werebin. After today though, Teacher's Credit Union sounds so much more appealing. In conclusion to all of this mess, it was discovered that I never even needed to fill out said form. Due to a mistake on the credit unions end, they didn't have the debit card I've been using for over 2 yrs listed on my account. And instead of Katelynn communicating this info, she instead had me fill out a debit card request form and explained nothing...."

"This place has been amazing and helpful. My best banking experience overall. I had two different bank cards used to buy airline tickets in eastern Europe somehow (never been there nor know anyone). This bank took care of evrything right away and I had no worries. Much more complicated with my larger bank. Great for loans, friendliness and service. Small draw back is there cards are not internationally recognized everywhere, so travel with a s3cond option."
