"Honestly have no idea how this Credit Union still has customers. They don’t care about the people they are servicing and it shows in the lack of customer service. Closed my accounts and will do my shared branching somewhere else where they treat customers how the employees themselves would want to be treated."

"This organization is a joke. Their fee schedule will make sure you end up owing them money on you HSA account if you don’t use it. I didn’t think this was even legal. Absolute scam of a financial institution This is after your response. You charged the account for inactivity fees, paper statement fee, service fee and bad address fee (which was your mistake). So if your customers don’t use their HSA account because they have a healthy year, you will drain their account with fees."

"I had my car loan payment screwed up by a staff member thinking I was making an additional payment for the month rather than it just being my monthly payment. This was going on for 2 MONTHS and despite coming in to do my payment no one there bothered telling me that I was late for a payment despite not actually being late. I finally got a call from a collection agency to actually find out this was going on. An to top that off I've been charged an additional 72 dollars a month since 2021 when I opened my loan with them for not having car insurance on record with them also despite having insurance but again no one there bring it to my attention. Just absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I'm definitely going to be finding a different bank to transfer of the load to."

"Accidentally grabbed the wrong card while paying for my lunch. Instead of declining the transaction for insufficient funds they processed it and charged me a $35 "courtesy pay fee". So my fast food lunch ended up costing $45. Just wanted others to be aware that this is how they operate."
