"ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Would give 100 stars if I could! I was riding from Raleigh NC to Lafayette LA. While on 85 south my compression release popped out of the head. I was stranded… I googled Harley and found that I was about 15 miles from Montgomery Harley Davidson. I called the service department and Michael told me that unfortunately the driver was out:(. 5 min later Michael called me back twice and said that the driver stopped in and they were going to postpone his appointment so that he could come and get me off the side of 85. JD came and picked me and my bike up and took it back to the shop. They looked at the bike and let me know exactly what was going on. No charge for the tow no charge for quick Look over. JD even dropped me off at a hotel and then later picked me up again so that I could grab my fob off the bike. They are absolutely excellent. Not out to make a buck but instead to deliver quality customer service and earn customer loyalty. Thank you to both Michael and JD for your time and assistance."
