"I must say that I ONLY leave reviews for companies and brands that have thee very BEST (or worse) customer service, lol but honestly this establishment tops the charts!!!! I spoke with a young lady by the name of Desmond, and guys when I tell you that she was one of the most down to earth human beings that I have encountered, that is an understatement. I called in regarding an issue that I had with a family member who is currently incarcerated, and was looking to see if I could potentially seek services from them. Desmond listened to every single detail, she was very personable, compassionate, empathetic, and were very determined to help me and my family in whatever way that she could. If you are looking for OUTSTANDING customer service, this is your "GO-TO". If you are looking for someone to actually help you work through your situation, and not make you feel like you're nothing more than a criminal and a dollar to them, this company is for you! They will go out of their way, over and beyond to help you.The previous reviews were ALL on point regarding this company. I would just like to say, thank you very much again to the Putman Bail Bonds establishment (Desmond especially) for providing such a great experience, and for just down right being very GOOD people to work with!!!!"

"I called to get a bondsman and the lady answered the phone on the first call and was at Fulton County Jail within 10 minutes of call to get my loved one out of Jail. After arriving there was a problem with them releasing him due to him being on a watch she was very concerned and got to the bottom of it and got it handled immediately. I would recommend them to anyone, not only do they do their job they're compassionate and non judgemental. Thanks again for what you do."
