"I pay every two weeks and unfortunately have not been able to make my payments on the due date but by the end of the month both payments are made I still make the payments every two weeks . I am past due on one payment and they won’t take my payment unless I make a double payment. The second payment is not even due yet and they are trying to force to pay it beforehand otherwise they will not accept the past one. Supervisor hung up the phone on me and the account manager will not answer my calls. Very unprofessional people working at this company. HIGHLY SUGGEST to go elsewhere, the reviews say it all. I also highly suggest everyone that has had a bad experience to file a complaint with Indiana Attorney General's Office & Indiana Secretary of State"

"I’ve been with American international for almost 4 years now, I’m finishing up the last leg of my loan. Peoples experiences and bad reviews are more than likely their own doing. If I was ever late on my payment Pam would personally call me to remind me, if I had to wait until the next week or so to pay my bill they always worked around that, on the condition I can give a rough estimate of when I’d be able to pay. No harassing phone conversations or multiple calls, they usually wouldn’t even call unless I was almost a week late, not the day the payments due. I had a issue where I was down in Florida and had to cancel my cards, I wasn’t returning home for another 2 weeks thus couldn’t make my payment, all I had to do is call and let them know my situation and they had it taken care of. Another time I had a payment returned to my account, so thinking something was wrong with my loan I called to ask and Stan answered. He was very helpful and told me they were all taken care of on their end, but he’d add a note to make sure others wouldn’t be on my case if anything were to happen. They have things running good over there, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Easiest loan experience I’ve ever dealt with. Thanks Pam and Stan! Hope to do business with you guys again!"
