"I went in on Saturday and I usually love this location. They have a new girl in there and this is the second time I have experienced her rudeness. I told her I needed to pay back and re borrow. Then I swiped my card for the full amount expecting to be able to reborrow, once it cleared she then told I was unable to reborrow again. And I then asked well why didn't you ask me about the pay back program. Her response was it's not my job to tell you. I believe it is, that's good customer service. I am reaching out to the branch manager to let them know how customer service should be a priority. Because of this I will not be returning to this location."
