"Your records show two packages were delivered to my home Friday, Dec. 9, 2022 at 1:17PM. They were not! I have cameras and I was home, in my living room, not six feet from the door. I have been to the post office four times and this morning they said nothing came for me on Friday. They were both from doTERRA in Utah, one box and one smaller package. I call and all I get is a busy signal. A package was delivered to a neighbor before. I have my house number on the front door and the side of my deck facing W. North Street. Can't miss it."
