"I took two dresses and a blouse to be cleaned. When I picked them up, one of the dresses was missing a decorative bead from the neckline. I found it stuck to the back of the dress. The blouse had a large pull on the back. When I asked what could be done about the damage, the employee replied that I had signed a form when I dropped the clothes off. (This apparently releases them from any fault if they damage your clothes.) I will never take anything to this store again."
