"I’ve been in the industry for about 5yrs working for couple different companies, and I have been thoroughly impressed to the point it was almost unbelievable how this company goes above and beyond to make sure their drivers have what they need/want from Day 1. They are very responsive and efficient with anything that may occur in my experience. They really do care and view drivers as the assets they truly are. From my boss, dispatch, mechanics in the shop, they are very genuine and courteous. The equipment is in very new and well kept condition so you don’t have to waste time with a lot of breakdowns and repairs. That takes away many frustrations and headaches. They were flexible on letting me take my reset in a desired location when I requested. I was assigned a load that got me close and in a great timeframe. I always got my paycheck on time without any errors. I choose the flat rate option so it was a steady income I could count on every week which made things much easier than a paycheck that had a lot of fluctuations. I wish I could of stayed. I really enjoyed my time and the loads with this company. Due to things at home, I had to give my notice. Otherwise I’d still be there. Anyone considering this company as a potential place of employment, you will not be disappointed."
