"This company is an embarrassment to the trucking community. I work for World Logistics USA Inc., a large trucking company with 350 drivers and terminals in NJ, GA, SC, PA + FL. MVK took one of our container/chassis from a mutual customer in Groveport OH which is an honest mistake, no problem. Instead of apologizing to us and just returning the chassis where he got it, Mario from MVK refuses to pay for it or return it. We had to file a police report with the Groveport OH PD to get him to say anything. He still wont return it and because there is I guess no law forcing him to return it himself, we have to send our NJ based driver to his facility in Chicago to pick up our property. His reasoning is that they are too busy after having our equipment for 43 days now. We are the easiest company to work with and have been in this situation dozens of times. Every trucker we have ever worked with pays for their mistake and returns the property. I would take your business elsewhere, plenty of better options."
