"This place was so dirty! I had to move trash just walk in. I remember when they had a very nice friendly couple who worked at this laundry and they kept it clean. It us to be nice place! I guess the nice couple no longer work here. Sad this place used to be good place. I first found this place when we were camping at Gunter Hill campgrounds. Live in Wetumpka AL. our laundry mat is under construction,and the other place there only has one of the big washer. I need the biggest one to wash sleeping bags."

"We used to come to this laundromat every week for many years. For many years it employed an African American couple who kept the place clean and whenever they were there they were always very friendly to the patrons. But then the laundromat was sold earlier this year (or sometime last year), and the new owner no longer employs that couple anymore. Since then, the environment of the place has noticeably depreciated. It is usually rather trashy and the bathroom is not clean like it used to always be. Furthermore, it seems the dryers do not dry clothes as quickly as before, and sometimes dryers or washing machines do not work (without any notice not to use!) But the final straw for us was several weeks ago when we went to do our laundry there on a hot day, the air conditioner did not work AGAIN (or maybe it was purposefully turned off by the owner to conserve electricity?). Anyway, after that day we decided to look elsewhere in Prattville or Millbrook to do our laundry at, and thankfully we (including several other relatives) have found another one which we are very satisfied with"
