"I’m new to the area and wanted to support a local business, so I chose Glenn’s. The staff was very nice but I ran into an issue when trying to pick up my dry cleaning. I work pretty far from Wetumpka so I had to leave work early to make it to Glenn’s with plenty of time to spare before they closed according to the posted hours. I arrived 2 hours prior to closing to find out the store wasn’t open at all. I was trying to pick up my bridesmaid outfit for a wedding that I was leaving for in 3 days. To say I was freaking out is an understatement. The phone doesn’t have an answering machine so I couldn’t leave a message and they didn’t respond to email. I called again early the next morning and luckily they were there. The sweet lady who answered explained that the owner changed their hours a year ago but has not changed any signs, online information, or what’s printed on the receipt. I love to support local businesses but Glenn’s lacks the attention to detail and professionalism that is important to win over new customers. UPDATE: The owner contacted me, apologized, and handled the issue of no signs being up to communicate the hours change. He was very professional and talked to me about the business in detail and what he's hoping to do in the future to better the company. I greatly appreciate the call and will be giving them another try."

"I’ve been going to them for three years now, this is year 4. The only thing I ever get dry cleaned is my military JROTC uniform and it is always perfect when I pick it up. I never have any problems, no missing buttons, nothing torn, always friendly and great prices ."

"Dropped off a Kenneth Cole 42L coat. When my wife went to pick the coat up it was a 42 L Van Hauser. The buttons were very loss on this coat. My coat was less that a year old and had only been worn twice. I have politely called and spoke with someone. I gave them my number on 4/9/2019 and was supposed to receive a call back by 4pm the same day. It is Saturday morning now and I still have not received a call back. I will never use this cleaners for anything in my life."
