"I will never do business here again. I originally came with 8 items (5 shirts. 3 jeans) the afternoon clerk was very polite and offered several pick up options trying her best to accommodate my needs. I asked for no starch and creases in my jeans. Upon returning 2 days later all my jeans were heavy starched and creased. The same employee I interacted with was at work. She apologized but told me my items would not be ready until Tuesday! It was Friday so you can see why I was a little upset. The employee apologized once again and offered to have my items ready on Monday at 5. She writes me a ticket on 9/21/18 that states Mon. 5pm all orders ready after 5. I didn’t get off work until 6 so I decide to just come on Tues. I arrive on Tues. hoping to see the same associate Instead I’m greeted (Not Hardly) by an older woman with the people skills of a pit bull. She rudely took my ticket typed and said “It ain’t ready it’ll be ready Wed at 5” while handing my ticket back. Now I’m asking and wondering why my 3 items aren’t ready. At this point the computer screen was spun around while the employee tells me “The computer says Wednesday at 5. I tell her my ticket says Mon at 5. She says nothing. I ask can I get a new ticket that reflected the change in time. She asks me rudely “What you need that for?” After explaining my reason she takes my ticket and proceeds to write in the corner “Tomorrow 5pm”. At this point the customer service was so bad I thought about going to the Dixie Cleaners down the street. I hate I decided to go in the Norman Bridge location because that may be my last time spending money with your company."
