"UPDATE: I stand by Gregory being a good salesman, but once he left my house I never heard from HomeCraft again. They had promised to fix my gutters within a week, but never called to schedule. We contacted them multiple times, never got a call back. We canceled with them after several weeks of not returning our calls to schedule. Funny, because a big part of the sales pitch was "Not giving us the run-around." ORIGINAL: Gregory Burns was professional and walked us through everything we needed to know to make a decision about our gutter needs. He was not pushy, and he worked hard to get us a price that worked for us."
"Estimator Gregory Burns came by the day after I put in my request for quote. He was very professional and made a quote we are very comfortable with. Product is clearly high quality and they are coming back to install in two days!"
"I would highly recommend HomeCraft to anyone - and I would encourage you to speak with Natalie as well! This company did a wonderful job installing our gutters and cleaning/updating the ones that were already there! And once the installers left, I had a few questions and concerns; someone called me back quickly, sent someone out to address our concern, and contacted us afterward to make sure everything was done correctly. We have a large home and needed several gutters installed. Not only were they done well and quickly, but the customer service was outstanding. If you need gutters installed, updated, or cleaned, I cannot recommend them highly enough."
"I can’t get them to finish the project. The salesman said they would not charge me until the project was finished. He lied. The project manager finally came by and agreed on the punch list (after several weeks of rescheduling ) but now he does not return my texts. Still picking up garbage they left. Some poor guy even left his shirt. Update: Left over gutters have been picked up and Ieft a voice message to the number below but have not heard back yet."
"Ricardo showed up in Durham, NC on time to perform the free inspection and provide an estimate. Ricardo was able to present the display book and explain the benefits of their product compared to competitors. He was able to measure the length of each gutter and provide an estimate which we were able to negotiate on after expressing concerns on the overall cost. I was appreciative of the quick response by the add services to schedule the home inspection/estimate and am considering HomeCraft as a finalist to cover my gutters. The quality of their diamond pattern is visibly superior to the selection that can be found at large home service warehouse stores. The superior design does have a patent on it which adds to the higher price range for the product+service installation. HomeCraft inspector mentioned that they would install extra support braces inside the gutter every 12 inches. My gutter currently has a metal brace about every 24 inches. The front of the metal mesh design is screwed into the front of your gutters and the back end is slipped up under the first row of shingles with a weighted metal strip to secure it in place. They do not screw the product into the roof or side of your house since that usually voids a roof warranty, something they point out when displaying a sample of the product. The product is at a higher price than what I was expecting but the company does provide some options to adjust the cost when the home inspector is present. Again this is a product I feel like I may commit to after receiving additional quotes from competitors."
