"I have held a mortgage with Lafayette Savings Bank for 10 years. Old National took them over. I was working with a teller trying to get an issue resolved. The manager was evidently half listening to the conversation. She later butted in and was VERY rude and unprofessional. She didn't even introduce herself. She even raised her voice to the teller that was trying to explain things. I think it is time to refinance. When I made that suggestion, the manager basically told me to go ahead. That was the only helpful thing she did. I will never go back to that branch again. If you are thinking of using them I'd rethink it. There are plenty of banks in Lafayette to choose from."
