Gulf Coast Pressure Washing

"See pictures from my roof a few months ago & today after washing. I found Gulf Coast Pressure Washing after they washed the Silverhill Baptist roof. That church has the tallest and most steep roof in Silverhill. I got a quote from Mark and he had the best quote of about 4 other groups. I signed a form yesterday and prepped the porches by emptying them. Mark and 3 other guys put plastic sheets over the bushes for protection and soft washed the roof and exterior of the home from the ground in about 4 hours. I believe the product they use is just bleach and water, so the sheets protect the plants from that. My wife and I walked around the home, found a couple of places to touch up, and it was done. Good group, highly recommend."

"Called Gulf Coast Pressure Washing on 16th of April 2015 to see about a quote for pressure washing my house as well as my metal roof. They called me back on the 17th to inform me that a technician would be at my house on the 18th (Saturday) to gather the information needed for the quote. On the 18th of Apr, I received a text stating the technician would not be out to my house until the following Monday. No biggie. Well Monday came and went, same for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday as well. On Friday (24th of April 2015), I called to see why they had not informed me of the quote and if this is the way they normally treat potential customers. The young lady who answered informed Rebecca ( her customer service skills are lacking, will explain in a few) and she tried to tell me they had called me that week as well as emailed me the quote. I tried to inform her I had not received the call and even scrolled back through my call log to ensure I had not missed their call, well no call logged. Next, Rebecca said had talked to Mark and they were going to pass on my doing business with me and that they had emailed my quote earlier that week to an email address in which she read to me. While I was attempting to tell her THAT WAS THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS, and reason I never received the quote, she with an attitude said , "Have a nice day" and hung up on me. Now, due to their errors/mistakes, whatever you want to call it, they have LOST a potential repeat client. I will gladly take my business somewhere else. They are RUDE, HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND I GUESS CANNOT TAKE GOOD NOTES and I GUESS THEY BELIEVE THEY DO NOT NEED NEW CUTOMERS. If that is the case good for them, but given the fact they had incorrect information and tried to blame me the customer, I would not do business with them EVER. P.S. I even replied to the text they sent me, to inform them they had sent the quote to the wrong email address (they left out 2 key pieces of the email addy), yet to receive A REPLY, I guess they think they don't make mistakes."
