"They have lack of communication. I told to the owner of the business about a dress. I decided, after talking to person that I borrowed the dress from, to have it cleaned there. The cleaners called me on Friday when the dress was supposed to be ready the day before saying that they tried to call which they never did. They acted like they didn't want to clean the dress. Then charged $28 after all the trouble that I had to go though. I don't mind paying but $28 is high for all the lack of communication they had. I will not use them again."

"BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS This business lost an expensive suit and have FAILED to make it right! The owner has refused to contact me and the ladies in store blamed us for it going missing saying that 14 days to collect an item was too long!! I have been in store 3 times and have made multiple attempts to get in contact via the phone over the last 6 weeks. They continue to ignore me! If you value your items…I ADVISE YOU TO USE ANOTHER DRY CLEANER!! THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY This is not the way to treat hard working people of the community!"

"We don't often need a Cleaner, but when we do, this is who we use for our "dry clean only" garments. They have always done a fantastic job for us. Highly recommend them if you're in Baldwin County!"

"Called and spoke with a lady, asked how much it would be to get a bridesmaids dress STEAMED and she told me it would be like 10% of a cleaning so it would be around $10. Then when I go to pick it up, I get charged $30. The college frat boys working in there this day, could not tell me why it was $30 instead of $10 they just replied “yeah I don’t know I don’t even take stuff to get cleaned here and I work here”. Then, the next week I call to get explanation and they said they were sorry and they can give me cash back on my account. I said Well I don’t get stuff cleaned here so, that would not do me any good. And they said ok well we can’t do anything else. Horrible customer service, and may I mention my dress really didn’t look that steamed??? I give it a 0/10. Maybe have them put in writing how much you’re going to be charged. $30 to steam a dress? A joke."

"Have been using Champion Cleaners for over a year. Had no problem until a few months ago. I picked up several pieces that had been cleaned and ended up with a blouse that was not mine. The blouse was included on my ticket and I ended up paying for it in error. I took the blouse back and explained it was not mine and asked to be refunded or a credit be applied to my account for future use. The guy that assisted me told me I was wrong and this was my blouse, I explained it was not... then he refused to refund me or credit me. I asked him to check on this since I paid for something to be dry cleaned that wasn't mine... there was also a girl working that day and she also made me aware there was no way for me to get a credit or refund. The girl working said she would make the supervisor aware of the issue and someone would call me. I have not heard anything at all. I even picked up some more dry cleaning and asked about the issue again. I was told by the same girl that someone was looking into it. It has been several months at this point... I will not be returning."
