"the worst, most dishonest dry cleaner i’ve encountered. brought in a silk ballgown to be dry cleaned, and chose this business due to its convenient location. it was a very costly mistake. when i took the dry cleaned dress out of its protective wrap, there were two enormous rips in the fabric. i called immediately to report the problem. the employee said, “are you sure you haven’t worn it since you got it back?” i was dumbfounded (and offended). i had literally just gotten the dress out of the dry cleaner’s protective wrap when i noticed the damage, and contacted them that day. the employee initially promised they’d attempt to “mend” the damage, but you can’t repair ripped holes in silk! they would not offer any type of refund. then, a short time later, they even reneged on mending, so they essentially did nothing to help resolve the situation. i am out an expensive ballgown, plus the dry cleaning costs. kelly’s is sadly an incompetent business with abhorrent customer service. i am not sure how they remain in business. DO NOT trust this place with any article of clothing, and don’t expect them to do anything to ensure a positive interaction with the customer."
