"Dr. Crick did well i just personally still like Shelly Shelton best at this location the attending nurse however i could say otherwise besides being unperfessional My daughter got a vaccination and i was not provided with the information sheet when i asked about ime getting it she just shook her head no so i checked out and left after thinking about it i called back and they refused to provide her name to me and just had me speak to the office manager ive normally had good visits here but this was by far the worst experience at any pediatrics office"
