"I had a ball gown cleaned here, and I took my gown out of the clear covering to find white spots all over my green dress. It was clear as day to notice and I was very upset because this dress was an expensive dress I bought. I tried to wipe the spots away, hoping that they may just be dried detergent. I am waiting to see how it dries now, but it upsets me that they didn’t have the decency to even try and get those spots off given it was very noticeable to see all over the plain dress. I wouldn’t recommend cleaning here, but if you do then please check your clothes before you leave the store!"

"Drove up at 0920 on Fri morning Dec 22nd to see about getting a blazer cleaned, was told it would not be ready until after Christmas as I missed their NINE IN THE MORNING CUT-OFF FOR SAME DAY SERVICE?!"

"I took pants and jeans here to be hemmed and they did a great job. Was $13 each which is about right. They send it to their main HQ to be hemmed then sent it back to this location. The results looked like it came from brooks brothers and gap factory directly. They even matched the gold thread on the jeans somehow. Good work."

"Words cannot explain how bad this location is run and to be charged for repairs incorrectly done Example shirt white button thread needs to be white, not a dark blue color.... incompetent or color blind Use jaguar or port city cleaners pay the extra its worth it Never Never again I would rather burn my clothes then have them dry cleaned at any masters location"
