"Terrible!!! Never friendly. I come here about once a week because its right down the road. The owner got pissed at me because i filled up 2 gallon water jugs to put water in my truck . Even offered to pay him for the water. I wont be back and ill go outta my way to tell everyone i know who does laundry here ."

"Owner is very rude. My stepfather who is 80 and has always talk to the owner .While my 80 yr old mom did the quilts as they are too big for her washer . Decides recently for no reason to scream at him to get out . Not sure what his problem is . Did the same to me and a couple of others. Maybe he needs to close his business. His wife is super nice. But he needs to get checked out by a Dr .He's losing it . So beware ."

"We went in at 6pm to wash a couple loads of laundry (things that won't fit in my washer at home) and was turned away. He very rudely said it was too late. I'm not sure why unless his washers run slow. They don't close until 8."

"Ive done my laundry here a few times and even considered paying to have it done as I work long hours, but this guy is a piece of work. Before I start with why I'm giving a 1 star, the laundromat is ok. Hes got machines priced very cheap but they're tiny so it takes 4 to do same amount that you can at cheetah speed and the dryers take forever so it works out to same price. The change machine is busted so you have to ask for quarters. My SO runs a hot dog cart that's set up next door in the gas station. He typically parks in that lot to conserve space at the gas station but only in front of the closed businesses at other end of stripmall. I thought it would be nice to do laundry there but as I was unloading, the owner ran out screaming for me to move. Apparently he saw me talking to my SO as I was getting out. I walked in to explain to him that I was doing laundry and he screamed at me that I had to park next door. I told him I was trying to unload my laundry and he continue to scream and threatened to call someone. (Not sure if it was cops or gas station owner). I don't work for gas station nor do I work at the hot dog stand. I simply wanted to use his business to do my laundry. But I will never drop another quarter in his old busted machines. The laundromat on bellingrath is cleaner newer and you can use app to pay without having a million quarters left over. Go there."

"This is MY place to do laundry! The couple that owns it keeps it very clean. I saw them giving shelter to a "local"during a storm, but the husband made her sit up, no sleeping in his chairs, no acting crazy, no bothering his paying customers. Other than that day, Ive never seen anyone in there that didn't belong. This business is CLEAN, for real. Their machines are clean, I never feel weird about putting my laundry in. That's huge!"
