Jenn was our cleaner and she did AMAZING!! She went above and beyond and even got stains out of our carpet that we’ve tried our hardest to get. Everybody was so respectful and nice. We left a note for her just saying thank you and everything cause we knew we wouldn’t be home and she even wrote us a response note saying how sweet our cat is. "My husband hired this company for a construction cleaning and ended up having to hire another company to go behind them and clean. They offered my husband an hour reclean, but the job was already completed by someone else so that was useless. The homeowner said she had to show the lady how to do basic cleaning and alot was still left after she was done. So my husband had to hire someone else to finish the job because we were out of town. When I called they said they didn't offer refunds because they have to pay their staff. She said my husband paid for 5hrs and the worker was there for 5hrs. However, if the homeowner says that the job wasn't done correctly, it doesn't matter how long they were there. She said they offered to come back out the next day but the homeowner wasn't available. If there was a problem I feel like they should've called my husband since he was the one who hired them that way he could've not hired someone else and relayed this to the homeowner. By the time my husband was offered a reclean another company had already completed it. She also tried to explain that it was her best worker and explain how construction cleanings work but my husband has been doing this for years and his crew usually cleans his sites with no problem. They were off at the time because we were getting ready to go on vacation. She said she could offer a credit because they stand behind their work. I would never hire them again so the credit wouldn't help me. Why would I chance having to pay for the same job twice again?"

"My wife discovered this company about 5-6 years ago. The two young men that started it and were running it at the time did our house cleaning and I must say, it was far beyond any and all expectations that I ever had. The company has grown, as it should, because the service that is provided by them and their employees is top drawer. Virginia, our present young lady that does our house is wonderful in every way. She is punctual and thorough and her personality is great!!! If we ever have any unexpected changes, we call the office and they are very accommodating. "I can not say enough about this company and their service. The owner/management is very accommodating, extremely professional and are willing to work around our hectic schedule. Vanessa has been cleaning our home since day one and does an amazing job. We have never had the chance to meet her until today and wow!
