"If I could give zero stars I would. I hate that our vacation fund is attached to the “Credit Union” and even more embarrassed that the name Carpenters is associated with it. Terrible customer service, rude workers and nobody EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! Sorry excuse for a Credit Union."

"Only forced to used this Credit Union thru my specifc local, a fact I have been dreading after seeing the reviews when I started my apprenticeship. Can't get thru to a person only a voicemail. I didn't receive a postcard even though my vested benefits(vacation, annuity,and pension)kicked in and I've been paying for at least 7 months had to reach out on my own."
"I have plenty of money, I see no fraudulent charges on my account, yet my debit card is turned off during the holidays. For TWO HOURS STRAIGHT I have called back to back with not a single answer. Nobody will answer the phone. This is the last straw. I will be banking somewhere else, and recommend anybody looking into this terrible place do the same."
