"First, the team is great. They know what they are doing, even though they have trouble sometimes in guiding us the right way. I wish they could have someone who's technically sound in all of your tools so that they can be trained accordingly, but their willingness to learn kind of negates that."

"Horrible Experience at UPS Store: Terrible Customer Service and Unhelpful Attitude I recently visited the UPS Store and had an absolutely dreadful experience. The customer service was abysmal, with staff displaying a disgusting attitude and showing no willingness to assist me whatsoever. When I asked for tape, a basic necessity for packaging, they outright refused to provide any help. Their attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. Overall, my encounter with the UPS Store left a sour taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment if you value good customer service and respectful treatment."

"Friendly staff and quick to ship. This location is on the first floor of the Purdue student union. Additionally, it is the only " UPS Store" available in West Lafayette. With it being on campus and in the union, it can be very challenging to find parking if you need to run something in quick to the UPS Store specifically and not a drop off. They also have a wide range of supplies available if you forget anything, for sale."
