"If I could give him no stars I would. He’s very unprofessional. Doesn’t adhere to appointment time and is consistently LATE. I’ve done business with him before when we had our Pomeranian and he was good in the beginning but started coming when he wanted to as far as the appointment so we stopped going and took her elsewhere. We’ll now with COVID everywhere was booked so I called his business and took my Pekingese there. We had a 9:30 appointment and he didn’t get there until 7 mins before 10am and then he told me the service was 40 and when I went to get her he said it was 60 dollars. I’d HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR PUP ELSEWHERE, where not only they value you as a repeat customer but your dog as well. And then he gets smart at the mouth and curse at you in conversation while rendering a service. UNPROFESSIONAL UNPROFESSIONAL UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!"

"The guy who owns it....believe his name was Anthony.....took my call and on short notice scheduled me for the next day at 7am. Despite other comments to the contrary, he was there and open and ready at 7am. He took Ivy in and had her cut shampooed dried by 8:15. She looked incredible....bows, comb dried, smelled great. I highly recommend this place. Only pseudo-negative I can think of is that I highly recommended this place to my brother. He called multiple times and didn't get a response. So on a Sunday he took a chance and drove to the shop. The owner was present but told my brother that they weren't doing any grooming that day....which is one of their advertised open days. So make sure you have an appointment before you drive over there. I can't sing the business or the owner for that since he had no appt.....5 stars all day. Well worth the 40 buck price....I was so satisfied that I gladly tipped 20 bucks."
